You might think: webshop, fully digital. True. But for us, it all started with a personal visit to Baboon. We looked around, listened and got to know their business. Because only when you truly understand the logistics, the company and its customers can you build a webshop that fits like a glove. Throughout the development process, there was plenty of sparring with the Baboon team. Great to work with such an engaged client with a solid understanding of online business.
We created a smart link between the online POS system and the back office. We enabled customers to enter the exact make and model of their motorcycle. This now gives them a tailored product selection and stock alerts. We also made sure that customers can easily pay online from anywhere in the world and that international shipping costs are clearly calculated during checkout. And that is just part of it. The entire webshop now features 40 million (!) unique URLs. We are indexing them step by step to ensure maximum findability in Google.
